This system can be installed to either fixe directly to the soffit sprocket of conventionally with a pole to the ground. Direct fix does not require any poles going to ground. This means there is less clutter on the site and allows contractors to continue with building and ground works unimpeded by scaffold. If the house has scaffold already in place this is a cost effective solution to go on above existing scaffolding, again with out impending access to any part of the site below. It is also a cheaper alternative to running the scaffold up to create the edge.
